      Before purchasing - please double check our sizing chart, read our item descriptions and bear in mind that product color may vary from what is photographed with lighting and monitor display inconsistencies.
      We value your trust and want your experience with us to be a good one! If you aren’t satisfied with your products, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges, for up to 14 days after you receive your items. Please read our policy carefully:
      • Items must be unworn and unwashed
      • Items must be postmarked for return within 14 days of delivery of order
      • Original shipping (if applicable) will not be refunded
      • Returns can be rejected if they do not meet our standards (see below)
      Returns can be rejected if they have: 
      •   Deodorant marks
      •   Excessive wrinkling
      •   Detached size/wash & care tags
      •   Animal/human hair
      •   Lingering odor, such as smoke or cologne
      •   Any visible wear or damage
      •   All water bottle sales are final
      To return or exchange an item, please send an email to with your full name, order number, item description and the reason for your return. Include “Order # “YourOrderNumber” Replacement Request” in the subject line. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
      If your return is approved, your refund will be processed right away and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card (or original method of payment) within a few days - depending on your bank.
      Late or Missing Refunds
      If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Next contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

      Somewhere along the way you might have made a mistake, such as an error in your shipping address. We are unfortunately unable to refund you for incorrect errors as such.
